The Farm and Punkins

We have an orchard right to the south of us and The Farm just to the west of us. We drive by them every day. We visited both last year and got some great pictures. We won't make it to the orchard as a fmaily this year because of work schedules, but The Farm has evening hours. Yesterday Nate had a fit wanting to go ee punkins after driving by The Farm so we decided to go check it out tonight. Nate got to practice a lot of his animal names tonight while we were there. He was terrified to the point of shaking of a goat that wanted something to eat and came close (this is after riding a huge horse last weekend), bu was still happy to look at the animals through the fence. We'll have to remember to bring some quarters next time so we can feed the animals. We looked at pumpkins and walked through a straw maze, but Nate loved the animals best. The Farm is within walking distance so we walked there and back. We bought a pumpkin that we'll carve closer to Halloween. Here are some pictures of our outing.
